FRP stair nosing strip anti slip strips

SC-R 50 and SC-R 90 anti slip strips are made with the same material as SC-R stair nosing.  SC-R strips are 3mm thick and taper on both sides.

The SC-R strips can be applied to stair treads and if installed not more than 15mm in from the front edge they offer a cost effective alternative to stair nosing that need to comply with AS 1428.1 – 2009.

SCR-90 anti-strips are well suited for slip protection on Ramps or timber walkways, they are also available with a heavy duty grit for use in industrial applications.

Installation of Stair Nosings

• Chequered Plate/ Steel: Glue and screw with Tek screws
• Concrete: Glue and screw with self tapping concrete screws
• Timber: Fix with suitable timber screws
• Grated Stairs or Grille: Fit with Universal saddle assembly
